It has been a long winter, but on 10th April Westbourne Bowls Club opens for the 2021 season. Bowlers old and new will be enjoying friendly games at a friendly club and Westbourne is pleased to welcome all new members, aged between age 8 and 80, from complete beginners (coaching is available) to long time players.
If, during lockdown, you have been looking for a sport offering exercise at a relaxed pace, competition with other like minded individuals, or are seeking a new pastime, bowls may be the answer for you.
